A point system has been devised to help determine participation for study trip and VNG representation at local, national and international level. Anyone wishing to go on the trip must participate in all the scheduled activities. Points have been assigned as follows: 1. Point for each regular workshop 2. Point for each seminar 3. Point for each group assignment 4. Point for each voluntarily initiatives (Performance as a VNG Volunteer) The CSSP management and the participants on 360-degree assessment basis will determine points. Permission Slips Each activity which required the participation to travel away from Hyderabad will require submission of a trip permission slip which is signed by the participants parents/guardians by the date indicated on the VNG calendar. These slips will be handed out at the meeting prior to the due date. Participants are responsible for having their permission slip to CSSP Management or before the date indicated. A phone call at the last minute will not be acceptable. Behavior Behavior is expected to meet all the CSSP set Norm and Standards. Anyone failing that will be asked once to conform to what is expected. After that the membership will be cancelled and no fees will be returned. Fees The following is the VNG Membership Fees 1.
