Mr. Noor Muhammed Bajeer: Executive Director
Mr. Bajeer is a Development professional, who has been working with prominent development sector and corporate sector organizations of Pakistan for the last 16 years. Over the past ten years he has been working on senior management positions in reputed corporate and social sector organizations including Save the Children (UK), Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) and Eni Pakistan Limited. He was elected as the secretary of Pakistan NGOs Forum for three years which is the largest countrywide network of Civil Society Organizations in Pakistan. As well as his institutional responsibilities, he also conducts trainings on political education, gender issues and organizational development. Mr Bajeer has a master’s Degree in Economics

Mr. Akbar Dars: Program Manager
Mr. Akbar Ali Dars is a community development specialist with a wide range of experiences in the development sector; he has acquired a Master’s degree in English Literature, a Master’s in Sociology and M.Sc in Rural Development .He has more than seven years experience in project planning, designing, execution, social mobilization, community development, field surveys, report writing, organizing trainings and project monitoring & evaluation.

Erum Shah: (Coordinator Program Development)
Miss Erum has acquired a Master’s degree in Social work, MBA finance and doing her M.phil research work in Sociology from university of Sindh. She has 4 years teaching and research experience (at Sindh University Jamshoro and BRC Sindh Agriculture University Tandojam) she has expertise in research project planning, designing, execution, development, developing research tools, report writing, event organizing ,event management and trainings.She has been working in the development sector for last four years and has been involved in youth activities; she is proficient in computer skills and has good experience working with youth groups.She has been voluntarily engaged in activities of VNG, YPEER, CPCS, DFPF and other youth lead organization.She is VNG master trainer and certified trainer of school of leadership and British Council; she is currently working for Civil Society Support Programme (CSSP) as Coordinator program development.

Mr. Muhammed Ali Abassi: Programme Coordinator
Mr. Abassi has a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He has been working in the development sector for the last three years and has been involved in project management at various levels. He has developed his strength in theatre (street and interactive) performance and is a volunteer in different social and development organizations.

Mr. Haroon Kalhoro: Internal Auditor
Mr. Kalhoro is a qualified financial professional having a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Major in Finance) with expertise in financial management, fund management, personnel management, resource management, budgeting, and well-versed with accounting, auditing and office administration. He is familiar with the development of financial, accounting and auditing systems and procedures and has a wide range of experience of procurement and management of logistics.

Mr. Umer is a young development professional. Having Masters in Public Administration (Social Sciences) with Law graduation. Mr. Buriro has experience in humanitarian communications, community development, voluntarism, human rights, health, education, relief works, project management, human resource management and development with effective communications. He is associated in development sector since last five years working with national and international organizations. He has extensive experience regarding the youth empowerment and community development he has good communication and well as writing skills.

Mr. Asghar Ali: Admin Officer
Mr Asghar Bajeer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He has been working for CSSP as a co-coordinator information resource centre (IRC) for the last two years. He is proficient in computer skills and has good experience working with youth groups especially in event management and coordination of group meetings.

Mahtab Ali Soomro. (Program Officer)
He has done MBA (hons) in Human resource management from university of Sindh, jamshoro. Remain in social activities, since five years as volunteers in different youth focused organizations and well known aware about current political affairs, socio-economic issues, and management and team leadership skills. Able to work under pressure and strong communication skills. He has also remained as a Master trainer in VNG (Voice of New Generation) program at district Hyderabad. and in different youth forums, last time, he worked three months with NRSP N- IRM (Institute of rural management) on DRM disaster risk management project funded by (UNDP) as a trainer (External resource person). Now working with CSSP as a program assistant (development).
