Mr. Noor Muhammed Bajeer: Executive Director
Mr. Bajeer is a Development professional, who has been working with prominent development sector and corporate sector organizations of Pakistan for the last 16 years. Over the past ten years he has been working on senior management positions in reputed corporate and social sector organizations including Save the Children (UK), Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) and Eni Pakistan Limited. He was elected as the secretary of Pakistan NGOs Forum for three years which is the largest countrywide network of Civil Society Organizations in Pakistan. As well as his institutional responsibilities, he also conducts trainings on political education, gender issues and organizational development. Mr Bajeer has a master’s Degree in Economics

Mr. Akbar Dars: Program Manager
Mr. Akbar Ali Dars is a community development specialist with a wide range of experiences in the development sector; he has acquired a Master’s degree in English Literature, a Master’s in Sociology and M.Sc in Rural Development .He has more than seven years experience in project planning, designing, execution, social mobilization, community development, field surveys, report writing, organizing trainings and project monitoring & evaluation.

Mr. Muhammed Ali Abassi: Training Coordinator
Mr. Abassi has a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He has been working in the development sector for the last three years and has been involved in project management at various levels. He has developed his strength in theatre (street and interactive) performance and is a volunteer in different social and development organizations.

Mr. Haroon Kalhoro: Internal Auditor
Mr. Kalhoro is a qualified financial professional having a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Major in Finance) with expertise in financial management, fund management, personnel management, resource management, budgeting, and well-versed with accounting, auditing and office administration. He is familiar with the development of financial, accounting and auditing systems and procedures and has a wide range of experience of procurement and management of logistics.

Mr. Asghar Ali: Admin Officer
Mr Asghar Bajeer has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He has been working for CSSP as a co-coordinator information resource centre (IRC) for the last two years. He is proficient in computer skills and has good experience working with youth groups especially in event management and coordination of group meetings.

Mr. Humair Mumtaz
Mr Humair is a well know trainer of youth development courses conducted by different national and international organizations. His professional career started at the School of Leadership; where he was instrumental in the success of leadership, motivational & personality development programs, including Reinvent Series, Train the Young Trainer, Impact, Hyde Park Juniors, Career On and Professional Advice. He has also got training at Centre for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), and is now a certified trainer conducting sessions on entrepreneurship with students from underprivileged schools affiliated with The Citizens Foundation. He is currently working for Civil Society Support Programme (CSSP) as Trainer & Programme Coordinator.
